Banquet Rooms Available

Grand Century Ballroom
Rental Fee: Sunday–Thursday: $500 | Friday–Saturday: $650
Our Ballroom is available for all occasions and can accommodate up to 125 guests, depending on your chosen room setup.
What’s included:
Six hours of room access
Room setup and cleanup (tables arranged in your agreed format, with linens provided at no extra charge)
Server/bartender and in-room bar service (if alcohol is requested)
Policies and Payment:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
Final guest count and completed food order are due two weeks prior to the event.
All parties are billed on one check (no separate checks)
Sales tax will be added to the total
20% gratuity applies
Food Order
Food is served buffet style or party trays only; we cannot offer plated meals or à la carte ordering in the Ballroom. Please note, buffet service is not all-you-can-eat; please order accurately based on your guest count.
We kindly ask that no outside food be brought in. All food must be ordered through us.
Food is priced per person.
$400 minimum for 50 or fewer guests
$600 minimum for 51 or more guests

The Boardroom
Rental Fee: Rental fee – $40
There is an additional $20 charge for media
Our Boardroom is perfect for small groups of up to 20 guests. It features private dining at one large table, a flat-screen TV with USB connectivity, and wireless internet.
What’s Included:
Four hours of room access
Seating for up to 18 guests around a conference style table
Service staff
Policies and Payment:
The rental fee is due on the day of the event and is non-refundable.
Separate checks are available
Sales tax will be added to the total
20% gratuity applies

The Rainier Room
Rental Fee: Rental fee – $125
Table linens are available for an additional $25
The Rainier Room is ideal for smaller groups. It accommodates up to 34 guests in a U-shape layout or 40 guests in rows.
What’s Included:
Four hours of room access
Room setup and cleanup — tables will be arranged in the agreed-upon layout before your arrival
Service staff
Policies and Payment:
The rental fee is due on the day of the event and is non-refundable.
